The route offers several inspirations recalling the local history and traditions. Along our way, we come across several small villages where time seems to have stood still, where peace and simplicity are at home and where you can enjoy a holiday at nature's pace. The signs left by mankind over time can be found in the epic of the mines and the tradition of the “Caregheta”.
In order to avoid situations that may endanger their own and other people’s safety, bikers are asked to be particularly careful in case of men at work in the wood and interrupted trail. For riding this tour in safety, you can contact Primiero Bike visiting the following website: www.primierobike.com

Starting from the village of Mis di Mezzo near the church, we climb on a paved road until we meet the state road near the pizzeria, then continue for a few metres towards the Cereda Pass, before turning right onto asphalt in the direction of Mis di Sopra. At the intersection between the homes turn left onto a demanding climb, first on asphalt, and then near a bend turn right onto a dirt road. At the end of the road in Col Alt, take the almost completely cyclable path (S2), which along the hillside leads to Santa Rita, and shortly afterwards, keeping right at the junction, to the Cereda pass. After reaching the state road turn left, climb for a short stretch up to the top of the hill, then turn right onto the paved road for Malga Fossetta. After about 700 m, leave the paved road and turn left on the forest track for Malga Fratton, about 1.5 km away. Descend on the left along a mule track, steep in some sections (S2), which after a few junctions quickly leads us to the village of Matiuz (fountain). Now head down towards the Chalet Giasenei, and before the large car park turn right and take the paved forest track. Climb for about 2.5 km until reaching the Val delle Moneghe forest refuge; immediately ahead on the right, turn right and continue downhill along a beautiful technical trail (S2) until reaching the Val delle Moneghe roadway. Now continue straight in the direction of Casére, a small village, then climb on asphalt until Sagron and then to Mis, where we close the loop.
